What we collect

When you fill out our quote form, text, call or email us, we get the details you choose to send: your name, phone number, email, the location of your equipment, a description of the job and any photos.

How we use it

To give you a price and book the job
To contact you about that job
To send you an invoice

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Photos

We sometimes take before and after photos of the work we do and share them on our website and social media. We never include your name, address or anything that identifies you without asking first. If you'd rather we didn't post photos of your equipment, just tell us.

Who else sees it

Quote form messages go through our website host (Netlify) so they can reach us. Other than that, your information stays with us unless the law requires us to share it.

How long we keep it

We keep job and invoice records as long as we need them for the work and for taxes, then delete them.
